R2 Training is a baseball development program focused on building confident, powerful, and mentally strong players through structured hitting instruction, personalized feedback, and accountability.
Our programs are designed for youth up to current college and professional players. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for the next level, we have training options to fit your goals.
Private lessons, small group training, hitting development programs, remote lessons, seasonal programs and packages, team training, and mental visual training.
Private lessons provide one-on-one instruction with maximum individual feedback.
Group lessons (limited to small groups) combine competitive energy with focused instruction while still allowing personal attention.
You need to email info@r2trainingindy.com to inquire. Private lessons are typically handled in unique circumstances. They are not intended for weekly hitting or pitching lessons. Examples of such circumstances, but not limited to: Athlete lives more than 2 hours away and wants to do private lessons to lead into remote lessons, Athlete has been injured and wants to catchup from time off, Athlete wants to come into town for intense training in a short time frame......
Group hitting sessions run 60 minutes. Group pitching lessons vary from 1-1.5 hours depending on tier of lesson. Private lessons are $45 minutes.
Yes, R2 can customize programs for travel teams and competitive athletes seeking advanced skill development.
Absolutely! If you are in the Indianapolis area, and want to train in small groups at our training facility, contact us to get started. If you have a large group and are interested in having us come out to you, just give us a call to work out details. We would also be happy to discuss virtual training.
All scheduling, purchases, and communication are handled through The Futures App (TFA) for a seamless experience. A button link goes to a visual step by step of the scheduling process in the onboarding section of this website in the new clients section.
Yes. Players and parents will use The Futures App to manage scheduling, payments, training videos, and communication.

Absolutely. Although seating is limited, parents are welcome to observe and are encouraged to stay involved in their player’s development.
Players should bring their bat, helmet, gloves if needed, and water. Training balls and facility equipment are provided.
Our in-person training facility is located at 2650 Fairview Place, Greenwood, Indiana 46142. But because we are also virtual trainers, we meet you online at any state or country.
